60% GRENACHE, 20% SYRAH, 20% MOURVEDRE

WINE MAKING
Total stemming of the grapes, 20 to 25 days in stainless steel tank, monitoring of temperatures, daily pump-overs.
Harvested by hand.

BREEDING OF THE WINE
10 months in concrete tank. Bottled by us.

SERVICE, WINE PAIRINGS
Serve between 16 et 18°.
Goes well with red meat in sauce (daube), duck (magret, aiguillette) and cheese.
Uncork 1 or 2 hours before serving.
