BREEDING OF THE WINE
12 to 18 months in concrete tank. Bottled by us.

SERVICE, WINE PAIRINGS
Serve between 16 et 18°.
Goes well with red meat, game, stew and cheese.
Uncork 1 or 2 hours before serving.
